21 Days of Gratitude.
It’s a simple challenge. For the next 21 days on @themindbodyguy and @mindbodyhq stories, I’m going to share the small, everyday things I am grateful for during my gratitude practice.
This is a process I do every day combined with a 10-minute meditation and it’s one of the most powerful things I’ve ever done.
If you’re looking for one of the cheapest and most efficient ways to improve your health it’s right up there with drinking more filtered water and reducing coffee, alcohol, energy drinks, sports drinks and store-bought juice.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars, thousands of hours and worked with thousands of clients all who have helped teach me more about myself, my health, and how to most efficiently help others action change, overcome self-sabotage and take control of the body and mind.
IMO, the little focused upon skill of 'self-appreciation' goes right alongside self- observation, awareness and actualisation.
If self-hate and beating up on ourselves worked, we’d all be perfect right?
